Overview

Duties

  • Handle litigation matters, including preparing for and participating in court depositions.
  • Draft legal documents and other written materials.
  • Communicate with clients, provide legal counsel, and advocate on their behalf.
  • Conduct statutory legal research related to Blue Sky laws and technology corporate matters.
  • Manage legal cases and related work throughout their progression.

Requirements

  • Strong legal writing, statutory research, client communication, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage legal matters and support litigation, including court depositions.
  • Knowledge of technology corporate matters and Blue Sky laws.
