The Attorney (Cybersecurity & Data Privacy), Mid–Senior Level, advises clients on legal matters involving cybersecurity, data privacy, and related disputes. This role combines litigation and legal advocacy with clear client communication, careful legal writing, and practical counsel. Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters and related case activities.
• Draft legal documents and other written work.
• Communicate with clients about legal matters.
• Provide legal counsel and advocate for clients.
• Prepare cases for trial and court proceedings.
• Conduct and support court depositions.
• Research statutes relevant to client matters.
• Maintain organized, accurate legal case files.

Experience

• Mid- to senior-level attorney experience appropriate to the role.
• Strong legal writing, analysis, and statutory research skills.
• Ability to manage litigation matters and case details.
• Effective client communication and advocacy skills.
• Sound judgment in providing legal counsel.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and data privacy legal issues.
